Bigmate designed and deployed WARNY Beta in 90 days: real-time perimeter breach detection around moving forklifts using existing CCTV, running on NVIDIA TX2 edge hardware. This capability is now deployed across hundreds of camera systems globally.
From forklift risk to dynamic safety zones, Bigmate added depth and metric distance models, integrated with machinery, and expanded nationally across trade, warehouse, and logistics sites.
During COVID disruption, Bigmate launched THERMY to support safer site access with real-time screening, alerting, and door-control integration.
As teams returned to work, Bigmate expanded across the Americas and Europe. With Coronado, Bigmate developed and implemented a world-first ML object-detection dragline safety system integrated with braking response.
After successful field validation, the Dragline PAS moved into operational rollout across the Bowen Basin, embedding proximity awareness into day-to-day mining workflows.
Bigmate won the Safety Initiative award at the 2024 Queensland Mining Awards, ahead of strong competition including Anglo American, Peabody, and Mader, for the Dragline Proximity Awareness System.
In a first-of-its-kind deployment, Bigmate delivered edge-and-void detection capability for excavators and dozers to reduce rollover risk on mine sites, with integration paths for OEMs, mining integrators, software providers, and operators.
Following 2025 R&D investment, Bigmate launched industrial AI anomaly detection capabilities through the Norvia Platform in live document, food, and quality deployments across supply chains.
Bigmate launched the Technology Partnership Program, enabling customers and partners to leverage proven AI expertise and real-world deployment patterns to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
